Community Therapy Services employs rehabilitation professionals to work in a number of different settings, such as home care, long term care facilities, hospitals, schools, and in various workplaces.
Winnipeg
We are currently interested in receiving applications from occupational therapists who would be interested in working in the Agency's Winnipeg Home Care and Personal Care Home Programs. Interested applicants should preferably have experience in community care and/or long term care.
North Eastman Regional Health Authority
We are recruiting for a physiotherapist to join our therapy team in the Region. The caseload would involve service in an acute care setting (in-patients and out-patients) as well as some consultation to personal care homes and the regional home care program.
Selkirk Mental Health Centre
We are recruiting for a physiotherapist to work at the Selkirk Mental Health Centre in its Acquired Brain Injury Program (ABI). This is a part term position.
Community Therapy Services is also looking for occupational therapists and physiotherapists who would be interested in short term (3-6 months) employment with the Agency as itinerant therapists in rural and northern communities. These positions are part time and involve travel (by air or road) on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Services are usually provided in hospitals and personal care homes and sometimes in home care.
