1) Community Therapy Services has received additional financial support from the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority to undertake several new key service initiatives, including: Safe Patient Handling and the implementation of new airway clearance guidelines for home care clients.
2) Community Therapy Services is pleased to announce that it has commenced providing physiotherapy services to residents of Norway House, Manitoba. This services are a new service component of the Agency's First Nations Physiotherapy Program which includes 9 other First Nations communities in Manitoba
3) Community Therapy Services has entered into a service partnership with the Parklands Regional Health Authority for the provision of physiotherapy services to the Dauphin Health Centre.
4) Community Therapy Services has entered into a service partnership with the Manitoba Supported Living Program (Manitoba Family Services) for the provision of home care therapy services to Supported Living Clients.
